As we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic there are many things to be grateful for and the ability to walk, jog, run or ride any distance is one of them. While we can’t run together in a race, we want to continue to motivate you to keep moving and challenge yourself to a virtual race. The Virtual Mike Caesar 5k for Autism event is a virtual race that can be run, walked, cycled, swam at your own pace, in your own time, from wherever you are! Ideally it would be on a course right out your front door, inside your home on a treadmill/trainer, or starting at a location near to you.
