35,000 runners flock to Portugal’s capital every year for the EDP Lisbon Half Marathon and Vodafone 10k, creating a festival of sport and making this Portugal’s biggest running event. The course follows the shores of the River Tagus, with an unforgettable start crossing the impressive 25 de Abril bridge and a finish overlooked by the Mosteiro dos Jerónimos monument. The race attracts athletes from all walks of life and at a range of ability levels, from elites to first time runners.
