Hi! I'm Tiffany (aka Grace's older sister and #1 fan). I'm excited and honored to be running the New York City Marathon in November for the Organization for Autism Research.

I’m running for the Organization for Autism Research in support of their mission of contributing meaningful changes towards the quality of life for people, like Grace, who are on the spectrum. The Organization for Autism Research funds and applies research on topics such as employment, social skills, and self care; some of the many things that are so easy to take for granted.

For example, 99% of young adults in the U.S. will work at some point between the ages of 21 to 25, yet nearly 50% of people with autism have never had a paying job at the age of 25. As Grace's big sister, I feel like it's my duty to help her beat those odds: to take every avenue possible to help her reach her dreams, and at any scale, reiterate that people on the autism spectrum have roles to play, dreams to achieve, and contributions to make.
