Hello! My name is Lori Purcell and I’m taking on 26.2 miles at the NYC Marathon for the Organization for Autism Research (OAR) in honor of my brother, Ryan!

Ryan has been my life’s greatest teacher. From our favorite memories at Disney World to watching SpongeBob together, he has shaped me into the person I am today. Having him by my side has taught me more about resilience and love than anything else.

Running has always been a passion of mine, but this year, I’m turning those miles into a mission, to make a difference and run with purpose.
