Please help me support the Research for Autism through making a contribution to my fundraiser and sharing this page with your family and friends. Every dollar I raise will advance Organization for Autism Research's great cause!

In 2018, we successfully raised $3,000 for the Berlin Marathon Campaign and now with 1 in 160 children in world (1 in 54 children in the U.S.) are diagnosed with autism, I need your help.

On Sunday October 3rd, 2021, I will be running the London Marathon to raise funds for a cause that is close to my heart. My goal is to raise $5,000 to fund Autism research, offer resources and scholarships to individuals diagnosed with autism through a national non-profit organization called Organization for Autism Research (OAR).

I want to raise some awareness that Autism is not a disease, nor an illness, it is a fundamental aspect of your identity. People with Autism can achieve true greatness. Just look at Einstein, Steve Jobs, Mozart, Michelangelo, Sir Isaac Newton or Charles Darwin!

I hope that this campaign will stop people from judging, and get them to start thinking. There is a reason that boy is crying, there is a reason that girl does not play with anyone or talk much. There is a reason behind every action, and we need to take the time to understand that. I hope this goes some way to highlighting that.

Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference. I truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help. To find out more about OAR please visit their website - researchautism.org

Here are some of the ways that OAR uses the funds raised by the RUN FOR AUTISM team:

$10 provides a Curriculum in a Box professional development set to general education teachers.
$25 provides 15 copies of A Guide to Safety to families and first responders.
$100 provides the Kit for Kids peer education resource to an entire elementary or middle school.
$150 provides 100 copies of a Life Journey through Autism guidebook sent to a community support group or military installation.
$1,000 provides a research grant for a graduate student studying autism.
$3,000 provides a scholarship for a student with autism to attend college.
$30,000 fully underwrites an applied research pilot study.
