Hello!! 💙🩵🤍

The Sydney Marathon is officially behind me. I crossed that finish line, earned my first World Marathon Major star, and came home with a few battle wounds along the way. Now, after some recovery, PT, and a little time to get my body back where it needs to be, my focus is shifting to what’s next.

Chicago. October 11, 2026.

And this one is about much more than another medal or another finish line.

I’m running the Chicago Marathon for the Organization for Autism Research (OAR), and I have a little over a month to raise $2,000.

I truly believe we are put on this earth to serve others in whatever way we can. Running happens to be one of the ways I know how to do that.

So I’m putting my miles to work.

Today, 1 in 31 children in the United States is identified with autism. OAR supports research and provides practical resources for autistic individuals, families, educators, and communities.

That is what these 26.2 miles are for.

I can’t promise you much in return for your donation. I can’t send you a prize or give you anything fancy.

But I can promise you this:

I will show up.

I will train.

I will put in the miles.

And I will continue using this crazy marathon journey of mine to help other people whenever I have the opportunity.

If you followed me through Sydney, you already know that marathon did not go exactly as planned. I got injured; I had to dig deeper than I expected, but I finished.

Now I’m recovering, and I fully intend to be ready when I stand at the starting line in Chicago.

This time, I would love for you to be part of the journey with me.

Whether you give $5, $10, $25, $50, or whatever you can, it matters. A bunch of small donations can turn into something big very quickly.

And if donating isn’t possible right now, sharing this post helps too.

I have a little over a month to reach my goal.

Help me get there.

Help me turn 26.2 miles into something that reaches far beyond Chicago.

Donate if you can.
Share it with someone who might.
Cheer me on all the way to that finish line.

I’ll do the running. 🏃🏽‍♀️
I’m asking you to help me make the miles matter.

Thank you for continuing to support me, my running journey, and the causes I choose to carry with me along the way. 💙🩵🤍

Chicago, I’m coming. And this time, I’m bringing Team OAR with me.
